Registration Deadline & Refunds 

 

By registering for Community Evolve Sports, you agree to the following policies:

•  Registration is complete only with payment of the fee; unpaid registrations are incomplete and do not secure a spot.

•  Teams that register after the deadline will incur a Convenience Late fee of $25 for each team group that enters.

A late fee convenience charge is applied because late team registrations not only fail to meet our deadline, but they also necessitate changes to schedules, times, permits, and other internal administrative matters. This results in inconvenience and further delays for teams that have already registered on time.

•  Registration fees are non-refundable, with exceptions only for medical conditions preventing participation or league cancellation.

 

Sportsmanship  & Insurance 

 

Unsportsmanlike conduct may lead to suspension or ejection. CE Sports League does not provide player insurance; it is the responsibility of coaches and parents to ensure adequate insurance for players on game days. You agree to hold Community Evolve Youth Sports League harmless for any injuries. Parents and coaches are responsible for any financial obligations arising from these situations.
