REGISTRATION & REFUND AGREEMENT 

By Registering for and Community Evolve Sports you acknowledge that you understand and agree to ALL of the Following policies/statements;Registration is ONLY complete upon payment of registration fee. Registrations that have not finalized registration payment are considered INCOMPLETE Registrations and do not secure deadline and does not guarantee a spot.*Players or parents caught acting in an unsportsmanlike manner will be subject to suspension or ejection. CE Sports League does not provide player insurance. It is up to each coach and parent to make sure their players/children are properly insured in case any accident occurs on game days. You acknowledge to hold Community Evolve Youth Sports League harmless of any injuries that may occur. Parents and Coaches are fully responsible for any financial responsibilities that may arise from such situations/occurrences.
REGISTRATION ARE NON REFUNDABLE and all sales are final.Exceptions are made due to Medical Condition now preventing player to play , and or if League or season was cancel.
